I'm not a member of this credit union, but I did go here recently to cash a check from a friend who banks here. To cash a $100 check, they not only took a $5 fee, but required me to fill out a form with my name, address, occupation, and social security number. To cash a check from one of their members! I can't imagine what they would need with my occupation, and requiring a SSN is just stupid at a time when ID theft is at an all time high.
I dare not ask what kind of policies they have for people who actually trust these clowns with their money.

The tellers in the drive-thru need to actually read the deposit slip given to them. Twice now in a row this has happened to me. I’ve filled out my deposit ticket clearly marked for money being deposited into my checking account and for cash back. BOTH times I had to ask where my cash back was. You’re a bank aren’t you supposed to read the deposit slip??

I have personally banked with WCCU Credit Union for 16 years now! Brought my business account over two years ago from Associated Bank and have nothing but good things to say about them.
