I never leave reviews, but I have to say that Jodi Price is amazing to work with! She was able to help me get my first car loan at 18 years old, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Westconsin, 10/10!

I feel that WESTconsin Credit Union is by far the best financial institution in the Chippewa Valley. They are not just another bank or credit union run by the good ole boys with conservative or intolerant attitudes like some in the area. Their CEO is a woman of strength, and they have seen unprecedented growth under her leadership. They are a credit union of inclusiveness and diversity and a credit union I’m proud to be a member.

Westconsin has been so easy to work with for our loans and regular accounts. We have been with the Chippewa location for years and wouldn't go any where else.

This Credit Union is beyond how a banking facility can be. The people who are employed in this institute are absolutely wonderful and they are so willing to help out anytime you have questions or need help. Thankyou for all you do..

I opened a checking and savings account at the Chippewa Falls office. The customer service representatives were very polite, curious, and respectful. They showed me how I can earn interest on my checking account which I was thrilled to learn about. Their website and mobile banking systems are VERY easy to access and simple to navigate. You can even cut checks from their website site and have them mailed out for FREE which is fantastic because I hate writing checks and waiting for checks to clear (they take it right out of your account once the check is cut or mailed out.) I don't know of another bank or credit union that respects your PRIVACY RIGHTS more than WESTconsin. If you're not with WESTconsin now take a look at the Privacy Rights in the disclosures of your bank and then look at WESTconsins...INCREDIBLE! You most definitely don't want your financial information being given to other businesses or affiliates for their marketing purposes and another way for your identity to be compromised. Its not a bad idea to shop around when your bank isn't treating you fairly and I'm sure you will find WESTconsin a refreshing alternative bar none!
