Heartland Credit Union, Dodgeville, WI

I'm a shared branch customer and my bank is in jacksonville Florida and everytime I go to this branch in Dodgeville their computers (for only shared branch transactions) are down and I can't do any kind of transaction so I have to drive to platteville which is great because gas is cheap. So this time I try to call before I go so I don't waste precious time and gas and I call 5 times within 20 minutes and no answer. Either my timing is impeccable or this bank just doesn't have its stuff together.

I use this bank to do transactions as a "shared branch". My Credit Union is in Appleton. Anyway, I did not like that someone gave this bank 3 stars just because they do not have lobby hours. That' ridiculous! So I'm giving them 5 stars to help raise their rating. Come on lady!

Love Heartland, except you NEED Saturday lobby hours back. Some people work hours that thay can only get to the bank on Saturday or things come up and not all of your services are available on Saturday....so people have to pay a fee somewhere else for a service you offer, just not on Saturdays.

This banking business is one of a kind. Get the best low rate used car loans or other loans here for your business home or snowmobile. Friendly fast service too!
