Terri's incompetence and dishonesty cost is thousands of dollars and very nearly cost us our home. If we hadn't switched from Scott Prindle from Loan Depot, I really think our house purchase would have fallen through. She dragged our closing out for 8 months, assuring us that she was working on it, shaming us for asking, only to admit later that she hadn't done a thing and had no idea when she would. I am in the process of pursuing legal action and reporting her to the appropriate regulating agencies.
