I love how they treat me. They really make me feel like I am a number one priority. They even focus on helping my credit and remind me of my loans to keep me on track. If you want a personal bank that cares, choose this one!

I recently moved back to the area and wanted to establish an account with a credit union. I was glad to see that the Vilas credit union fell apart and was taken over by the much more competent Ripco Credit Union. I have a relative who has an account there and they suggested I get one there as well. After a five minute wait with some k cup coffee, I sat down with Nona who got me all set up. She is such a nice lady and it was a pleasure to set up an account with her help. I'm writing a review because I received a thank you card in the mail from Nona thanking me for setting up an account there. I look forward to depositing money on my account because everyone is nice and they remember who I am and the coffee is delicious. Thanks again Nona.

Ladies were very accommodating. However the paperwork, phone calls and trips to Ripco were ridiculous. Three months after they opened our CD, they are still calling for additional paperwork. Will not deal with Ripco again.
