My husband and I have been going to Heights Finance for the last two years now. Alicia made the process quick and painless, all while being friendly and professional. We are greeted when we first walk through the doors. Alicia engages in conversation to put our minds at ease, and explains the terms so it's easy and straight forward for us to understand. She does everything she can to help people out. She did inform us of online paying, but I'm old fashioned and go in to pay my monthly bill. She is just as friendly as the first time coming in for a loan, and really makes you feel comfortable. Would recommend Heights Finance to everyone!

They've helped me out of a couple of sticky situations...and quickly. I've used Heights Finance previously and returned to them recently as the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable and very down to earth. It's not a long drawn out loan process...never more than a day. If your credit isn't perfect, they can help... and for a lot less than some of those other loan agencies.
