Would put negative 10 stars if able to. I worked with terry pierce for a month he told me 3 times he would have a preappoval letter but instead I would get I need more information he never did submit my application than he told me I make to much money for type of loan I was getting even tho he is not deciding factor. I keep in contact with the usda office to double check what he was telling me from what they told me I was well with in income requirements. I also called the branch manager to talk to how I was being treated left message but never called me back. So I highly DO NOT recommend working with this place very very unprofessional !!!!!
