CoVantage Credit Union, Elcho, WI

I am incredibly disappointed in how the entire process went while applying for a mortgage with Susan, in the Elcho location. Her lack of communication, explanation and guidance from the start was terrible. I would not recommend her to anyone. Susan, in the Wausau location, was great to work with for our auto loans.

Convenient

This location is only open one day per week. The remainder of the time if you need service, they have installed a virtual teller in place of the ATM. However, the virtual teller is out of service or out of money very often. The community, including businesses that do banking daily, are forced to drive 25 miles or more to do business. This is such a hardship to so many members. Shame on you CoVantage!
