Best bank ever!!!! Personal experience matters to consumers and if anyone cares to hear my experience, this bank is the definition of a caring, personable, and trustworthy small town establishment. I don’t think twice depositing checks and driving away without a statement because I trust my bankers. They know me by name and have treats ready for my kids and puppy. I have never had an issue as a result of them, and in fact they have proactively fixed some of my online banking errors and helped my bills to be paid on time by doing so. I could bank elsewhere if I wanted to, but I choose National Exchange Bank and Trust in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

The worst bank I have ever banked with. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I can honestly say they offer the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They are very quick to charge over draft fees, even if I have a pending deposit. They offer no sort of over draft protection, either. Their employees do not know right from left… when I asked if there was a way to automatically deposit money into a separate account for rent, they told me to set up bill pay. They did NOT tell me that it would be sent out as a check instead of a direct deposit like I asked for, making my payment late. I consistently have problems with them depositing money into wrong accounts. Worst bank ever!!! Do not bank here if you live paycheck to paycheck!! They WANT you to overdraft so you have to pay a fee!!!

Absolutely love this bank!!!...been banking with them for over 17 years, when branch in Glenbeulah closed I didn't hesitate to transfer everything over to Elkhart Lake. I knew every employee there is Honest, Friendly and Trustworthy! I have no problem making cash deposits and driving away without a receipt never had an issue!!!!!....Highly recommend banking there!!!!

National Exchange Bank& Trust Elkhart Lake has the best customer service you could ask for in a bank. They are always friendly at the window and extremely helpful whenever I go in. I have set up multiple accounts here and had all of my questions answered and the process was made so simple. Even when I’m out of town I can call and within the day I will get a call back and any questions or problems I have will be resolved during the call.

Whenever I go to National Exchange Bank in Elkhart Lake, and it’s usually the drive-through, the tellers are always so sweet. They greet you with a smile. They say have a good day when you leave. it’s just such a wonderful place to do banking.
