Great North Bank, Florence, WI

They were recommended by a builder we were working with for a new home construction loan. We applied for the loan on 4/11/22. We emailed on 4/18 after no contact. We received a reply on 4/25 and were asked a few questions and we answered them that day. Nothing since. Called on 4/29 and left VM. Called the next week and left VM. We’ve even tried to reach the person by email and still no reply. Do not use this bank. Complete waste of time. We will be contacting the GM to let them know how we were treated. Also it’s not a credit issue. We just got approved through another bank for $300k. They pulled our credit scores also.

Have to say, not very pleased with their customer service. Went to their website and had some questions. Using the phone doesn't work the best for me so asked them in an e-mail on the contact page. Waited a few days, but didn't receive a response. Thought well, things can happen. Maybe it got lost, etc. So, tried it again. Then waited a few more days. But still no answers. Even though after you message, it says something like "thanks for your e-mail, we will get back to you shortly." They also had a link on their website to a Facebook page. So, tried that also. But still no response.

They are so nice, personal and always get back to us quickly! Love this bank :)
