I had issues with Loanmax not accepting my debit card in store or partial cash payments and not willing to work with me when I was fired from my job. I asked Michelle if she could transfer my title loan and she said yes. I called Shantel to get my payoff balance and was told she would call me back in 5 minutes she was with a customer. Michelle and I called back over 20 minutes later since I had to get my son from school. Shantel was still busy after asking permission to speak with Michelle. Michelle and I agreed to meet at Loanmax to get the information after I grabbed my son from school. On my way to loanmax Shantel finally called with the amount and a "tell her we don't accept checks for payoff". Michelle had walked into Loanmax before me. Shantel then got cocky with me about not telling Michelle the information. So glad I got my loan out of there. Michelle is wonderful to work with and so professional.

They will hit your credit report with a hard inquiry without warning! This brings your credit score down up to 5 points each time and remains on your credit for 2 years. They could easily do a soft inquiry to obtain what they need.
The customer service is very good, they are friendly and easy to work with.

I am very pleased with them. Everytime I go its a great experience. I always work with Tonya. She is the best!!! The last time I was in there her GM was there and she was very nice to me.

They're not friendly. The dark, short haired female manager has an ego 5 times the size of the building itself. They've obviously never had the desperate need for cash even when working 40 hour weeks. Wouldn't even call my boss's cell phone; the ONLY phones used at my work are cell phones (minus the receptionist). My waited by the receptionist all day, simply to take their call and say "Yes, (blank) is an employee of mine).
