The only bank I have ever had issues using a debit card online and it happens constantly. Their solution is to tell you there is nothing they can do and to physically swipe the card at the store. Their fraud system is so bad compared to other banks in the same city. It's 2021 a majority of retail is online now. Get with the times. At this point I only use the account for a couple of bills and went with another bank that knows what they are doing

Well for one the online app is down now for 3 days I don't know what the problem is I think if they don't get it fixed soon I think I'm just going to switch Banks
