Cash Store, Fort Atkinson, WI

Never in my life have I dealt with someone this I'll suited for her job. We get all the way through the process and she looks over our checking account statement and says I need the last page. Even if it's blank which by the way it was. Had to drive 12 miles back home to print out the page that said this page is left intentionally blank. And drive back again. She was rude. She was not trained properly for the job. She didnt know much of anything on how to do the job. On top of that she said we weren't in the system. Had to get it all done as if we were new customer when we had gotten a 100 dollar loan the month before. Good golly I could do the job better with no training at all. Lost a good customer. Not goin back there EVER again,

It's a high risk loan so the interest sucks but I expected that. They'll also push you to take as much as your allowed (you don't need to) but I also expected that which is why I still gave it 5 stars. No problems otherwise. FYI I don't have any comparative experiences with places like these so you can take that into consideration (just needed to pay the electric bill before the next pay check).

Went here while it was closed, which is certainly the best time to go. The outside of the building was pleasing to the eye and I was not overly offended by the fact that it closes at 2pm on Saturdays, as I did not want to go anyway.

The Cash Store has helped us out when we needed it most! Jen is always very helpful in the application process and explains everything so there are no surprises. It's nice to know they're always there when you need them! Cash Store in Fort Atkinson.

Bi-weekly payments are way too excessive, and take 1/3 of my entire check. I have bills to pay and I am stuck choosing which ones to be late on. Can’t wait to have this paid off and never use it again.
