The branch manager (Whitney) is amazing & by far the best financial institution employee I've ever worked with. She is extremely knowledge, outgoing, informative, and prompt. Over the years, I've worked with several local financial institutions that had subpar servcie, but people like her make my wife and I happy we chose FCCU for our needs! Strongly recommend working with Whitney at the South Side branch!

Super rude, unprofessional employee's here. I was being very bubbly and nice asking questions. I do not care for being hung up on. I hope everyone changes their attitude fast otherwise I'll be changing banks.

Anna Gonzales is one of the best assets that FCCU has besides it being a credit union and all the lovely tellers and front desk ladies. I am extremely pleased with FCCU. Consider Anna when opening an account or when you need information about anything she will always dig deep to answer your questions. This is going to be my bank for my first-time home buyers phase, credit card/loans. I wouldn't want it anywhere else.
