Rude and poor Customer Service. I call customer service to make a payment, and the two women who attended my calls were rude and rough, one of them was Martha. This is the first company where one calls to make a payment and they treat you terrible.

Coustomer service is a ZERO. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. They call you very late at night. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! They only care about getting your money.

Customer service is rude and unwilling to talk/negotiate. I contact these people in an effort to have a account closed and services removed/stopped only to be rudely talked to by a "Dan Pulash" who refused to transfer me to another representative, talked louder than me constantly so I could not be heard. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We had an arrangement with them, the sent a letter changing the contract and now It somehow it is our mistake. Very rude and unwilling to negotiate.

My alarm goes off for no reason I call them and they will not call back, very poor customer service and they are not truthful, I will have to have the fire department come out and take them out!
