None of their numbers work except collections, and I can't get basic information I need from the website. No bank location answers the phone, no answer from customer service, and no answer from the numbers collections gives me. This is unacceptable as a credit union, people's livelihoods are on the line from failure to conduct as basic of a function as answering the phone.

Their slogan is interesting: "Join for the convenience, stay for service." When they have closed multiple branches (Exeland, Holcombe, Sheldon, Bruce) and expect people to drive 10-30 miles to their closest branch. That's convenience?

They started charging $3 monthly to my checking for not having a consist $600 in there through the month. It was during the pandemic and really disappointing. I ended up finding a smaller credit union that wasn't going to be doing that and also offered overdraft protection up to $400.

Great friendly people at the bank. Stop in to renew licence plates on my car. They were very quick about it. Better then going to dmv. The women actually smile at you at the bank.

Poor communication Between eachother. Worst car buying experience we have ever. Not receiving paperwork for payments then finding out our first payment was already due,refused to be held accountable for there poor performance and lack of communication with new customers. We will be taking our loan elsewhere

Never heard of them until today when I found an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit. Filed a dispute with the credit bureau and sent them copies of everything being sent to Superior.
