Interest rate is ridiculous. I got a loan for $1070 and paid them back $3,068 total. I did it because I thought it would help build my credit. I called and asked after I got the loan not thinking at first and the employee told me no we don't report your payments we only report when you don't pay. I paid them $236 bi-weekly automatically out of my bank account I never had a late payment or a reminder phone call. Never again! I gave the first star for the nice employees and the other for them giving me a loan.

They used to be really good but now things have been seeming like a big scam. I’m not getting my receipts in the mail but when I call the store I’m told they’ll mail them out but they never come, when I go in and ask they tell me they can’t give them to me. My balance even when I pay over still hasn’t decreased and just this morning they took unauthorized money out my account when I walked into the store and paid them. Somehow they are trying to charge me for a payment that I clearly paid and it’s not showing me on a payment return list. Something is fishy since they’ve gotten new employees. Once I pay this loan off I’m NEVER doing business with them again. If this issue isn’t rectified by tomorrow I’m for sure reaching out to the BBB

I was a nice place to go to but. It did not help me I took the loan because once I payed in to it that maybe I could get what was said that I could have that was not the case so that part I don't like because I need what was said I could have so that I could get my car repaired so that I could get to work now I still like I was with out my car so maybe next time now I'm looking for some place else to try to get the loan that I needed to get my car repaired so I can get to work

Devonta, and Colleen made my return experience very pleasant. From the time I call when Devonta answered the phone and invited me in, the process was very smooth, I love the new process.

The interest rates are through the roof but sometimes we have to do what we have to do. With that being said I had a great experience. Devontae and Jessica were really friendly and their customer service was great.
