Construction loans are very flexible. The customer service you receive From Bryan and the lending team is exceptional and has not been matched by my big bank Wells Fargo. Wells was terrible to work with on all three loans I had with them. At Community Bank you get straight forward customer service and products that you would expect. I am opening a business account with them and closing my Wells accounts.

My grandmother banked here for many years. when she could no longer handle her own finances and needed me to help, Community bank walked me through the process. The were very nice and professional. Great bank, thinking of switching my accounts here!

Poor customer service. Half of the tellers/loan officers are judgmental and rude and god forbid if you wait in for their drive through after work for ten minutes and by the time you get to the window it is 5:01. They will make sure to put that large sorry we are closed sign in front of your face and then you are out of luck. I would never turn away someone in person one minute after closing stating sorry we are closed. It makes your business look terrible and proves that the customer service is poor. I had that happen twice to me. But then again I can't feel bad because obviously the tellers don't think the amount they are getting paid is worth an extra minute of their time. This place is a joke.

Someone need to train those teller ,poor customer service, they act like they dont wann be there. This place need bunch improvement, I know it small town bank but still...!
