Sarah and the Rest of the Staff were very efficient and quite helpful and made My Experience at the Store a pleasant One. Very genuine and good Conversation kept Me There even after My Business was finished. Sad to say as nice as the Staff were because of incompetence My Payment was taken out twice within two Days which caused an overdraft and caused Me to miss appointments and cost Me money I didn't have. I had to jump through quite a few Hoops to get the Cash returned to Me which I thought was extremely unfair. Sad to say but I've soured on this Buisness and I would not recommend it anymore.

Have you ever walked into a cash advance or a check cashing store and felt like you were just well nobody ,today I had the absolute pleasure of walking into this establishment and feeling like I was a very important person . Ms. Jeanne who was working at the time made my business a very pleasant and a very professional experience. Not only was she friendly non judgemental , and knowledgeable. I cannot explain the satisfaction upon leaving for the overall customer service she provided . Thank you very much for being the kind person with a award winning attitude .

Yesterday I returned to The Cash Store to give it another Chance and I found Myself quite surprised with the Changes I've found. The Company has revamped the Ways They do Buisness with more Options to make the Process better and easier. On Top of that the Lady that assisted Me, Rose was incredibly knowledgeable, completely competent and super friendly making the Experience so much better than in My past Experience There. I will do Buisness with Them again and recommend Them to both Family and Friends.

My mom went in and was greeted very respectful it was a pleasure being there they was very friendly and didn't judge my mother. I highly recommend.
