I came in to pay my loan I had special need client with me the client to the water one lady yelled at him for going over there because he had no mask when you can tell he is special need. She keep yelling at client the other guy just let yell. Very unprofessional after done with this loan I will never come back.

Took a loan out without reading more into it. Made no sense to take a 30% interest rate from One Main to pay off my 24% credit cards, also they charge 100 dollars fee. So this was worst for me to do, but they convinced me it would better my credit. Yes it erases your credit cards & increases your available credit that helps raise your score by double & triple your debt in the process. No thanks! Never again!

I've been working with One Main for many years, they have always been extremely easy to work with. Loans are taken care of and opened quickly.

My experience with one main was great the first time when I got a loan. The second time not so much. The employees were very rude to me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they just handed the phone off to someone else. When I confronted her about not being the supervisor she said she was but then said the supervisor won’t be there until tomorrow. Again I had no issues the first time? When I went to the office to speak personally I was greeted by a guy and he was going going to help me but then a woman came running back into the office asking if it was me and demanded she can’t help me. For this reason I will NEVER do business with one main financial! ✌🏻

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,IT WAS A VERY SIMPLE PROCESS,I WAS CLUELESS TO THE LOAN PROCESS,BUT THEY TAKE THEIR TIME, SO YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND..A GREAT LENDER THAT DOESNT TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT.#highly recommend
