Just got burned 😭. Had family ER had to make a payment arrangement till I could get caught up .made the payment per agreement, only to find out my rent came back NSF!!! Turns out Emily "forgot" to stop my automatic payment ...so they got me for $198.00 payment and the$ 50.00 agreement .Thanks for "working with me "But I can apply for a refund..but it takes 3 weeks " 😉 update got another call I'm short on payment need another hundred!!????
