OneMain has always been so helpful to me! I have come to them for years and Dale, Donna and Fernando have always been awesome!!!!

Just an overall wonderful group of people to work with! Dale, Donna and the rest of the office staff are respectful, kind, and go the extra mile to help you. Other financial institutions could take a lesson on customer service from the staff at the Greenfield office. Thank you to all of them!

This is the first time I’ve gone through a loan that the interest rate you can’t beat, but mostly the way they deal with you is out of this world. They explain everything you need to know and they ask you if you understand what you are signing. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The people at One Main Financial (Toby and Rick if I remember correctly) were so kind and helpful! I honestly feel like they saved my life. They were very easy to work with to find a loan that was an affordable manageable payment to pay off a TERRIBLE title loan that I should NEVER have taken out in the first place. The people at the title loan store are like vultures and they’re only nice when they’re calling you to trick you into takin more money. Toby at one main Financial on the other hand said he likes that they aren’t paid commissions because he feels it ensures every agent will make decisions based on the best interests of the clients. To me that statement said a lot about that company. I would refer anyone I knew to this company!

Donna was helpful and answered all of my questions in a manner that was understandable and very friendly--whenever I have to call the office she is always ready for my answers
