I have received flyers in the mail from One Main for years and never thought I would be in a situation where a traditional bank could not help me. After finding a loan offer that fit my needs through Lending Tree, I was directed to One Main for my loan. I was not sure I wanted to call them, because I could not imagine this would work out good for me. How wrong I was! While contemplating calling them, they called me. I was first introduced to Jasmin, who was handling my application. After a few short phone calls, my loan was approved and my appointment was set. I drove to their office in Hales Corners after work. Everything was ready for me when I got there, and the final application was simple and easy to fill out. I was set up with direct deposit from my checking for payment. What a breeze. I was taken care of like a celebrity, and the loan they gave me fit my needs. I could pay it off early with no penalty, or I could enjoy the ease of utilizing the time frame they set up. They even offered to cut my interest rate by allowing me to pay bi-weekly. How cool is that? I have to say that I am very impressed with this Financial Institution, and would highly recommend this to friends and relatives who find themselves in a financial spot. The staff is great, always helpfully lending a hand in times of need. Gotta say the employees and especially Donna are some of nicest people I have ever had the chance to get to know. Great place, would strongly recommend!

I had some unfortunate bills that needed too he paid off and I needed too extend a car loan I had previosly with them. They were outstanding in helping me out. I cannot recommend them enough. Awesome staff and fast results. Thanks so much olga and staff.

I would give 5 stars if the listening customer service rep would patiently take the time to understand what I'm trying to tell them rather trying to steam roll my words. One bad customer service review from but overall an decent service to use if you need financial help.
