In purchasing my new vehicle Kelly Masnica was absolutely amazing!! She answered all my questions, got back to me Immediately either from email or phone call. In any future bank needs she will be the only person I would go with!

Updated after reading response: As I am a very organized person I went through every letter you sent me as I keep all of them in file, and I have the original paperwork that states “you as the lender may open an insurance policy for the vehicle without informing me” which is exactly what you did. My insurance company has contacted you multiple times and said this is a common issue with Glacier Hills. I will continue to contact regarding the issue, no need to lie. Feel free to call me anytime I know you have my information, I will be searching for another place for my loan. This is truly unethical. Used Glacier Hills for a car loan, had insurance with a provider and decided to switch providers because I found a better rate. Glacier Hills apparently did not like that and informed me they opened a policy in my behalf (a policy that costs triple what I am currently paying) and then decided to tack it onto my loan. Like are you kidding me, valid proof of new insurance had already been provided and taken care of and they didn’t like it and saw an opportunity to attempt to take advantage of me. I don’t like that… I have never missed a payment, been on top of everything, and never had any problems until this.

Worked with Kelly Masnica to set up an auto loan for my daughter (it was my daughter's first car). Kelly was awesome. She helped simplify the process and made sure we understood all out options. Knowing our short purchasing window, Kelly also went out of her way to push our application along and secure our loan. Thanks Kelly and Glacier Hills!

The branches and staff are great. When you get a loan you will deal with a call center and very difficult to get things done or accomplished. I decided to move my loans to another bank because of the poor customer service when it comes to loans. Also, they refused to refinance my loans and told me it would cost $30 to get a better rate but my payments would remain the same.. Update: Moving loans away from this CU because they not only updated their systems and made it more difficult to do business via mobile, but also started charging more fees for everything. I'm done with them.

Kelly from Glacier Hills made processing a loan simple and quick over the phone, very courteous. helpful and friendly. Further, she indicated something I was unaware of that requires my attention. Thank you so much, Kelly!
