Love the Hayward Branch. Staff is super friendly every time I go there. Dan and Taylor are very professional and very easy to work with.

I'm a business owner with an account with Associated already, I've now been trying to open a personal checking account and get told I need to make an appointment every time I stop in to make my business deposits. Never have I experienced this at any bank I've ever done business with, this branch is rarely busy enough to turn away new business, in my opinion from frequenting it now for almost a year.

Arrived in person to open new checking account. Told to come back two days later to deposit checks totaling over $30,000. Cancelled appointment and decided to head home early and deposit in my hometown bank. Guess they don’t need the business. Their loss.

Banch manager was rude and made me feel as a customer un appreciated. I have since closed my accounts with them and opened new accounts with shell like state bank. #danbranchmanager

Worst customer experience I’ve had at associated bank in over 10 years. The woman (Taylor) was not helpful and acted like I was causing her an inconvenience by being there. Another teller had to greet me to initiate her even acknowledging I was waiting in line and was the only customer in the building at that time.
