I've conducted banking here for years and will continue to do so. The drive-up is speedy, the staff is friendly. There have been two times when my card didn't work while shopping in the cities but they were trying to protect my funds. It was a bit embarrassing while at the merchant making phone calls but overall it was good that they were protecting my account. In addition, they have more flexibility with loans, etc.

I do NOT bank at CVB and here is a good reason, a friend asked if I would drop off a CASH deposit, Chippewa wouldn't let me as I was not on the account. Now I ask you how stupid is that.

I've lived in 12 cities now and have as many banks. Chippewa Valley is the best. I feel like I have people on my side with them.
