Johnson Financial Group, Hayward, WI

They dropped my account saying it was overdrawn. I had never overdrawn and was confirmed when I called to figure out why. I also had money in the bank. With no warning, phone call, or letter, they closed my account and sent all of my funds via check, to a wrong address. I called to ask how it happened. They never came up with an answer and said they would call back with one. They never did. This has caused me to be late on rent and pay a fee. So now I'm paying for other people's mistakes. Very disappointed and slightly upset.

If you're looking to finance a home, or do your banking with a transparent, honest, hard working institution, Johnson Bank in Hayward is the place to go. I have been working with Tera and had nothing but a completely pleasant experience. In my experience, having dealt with several other institutions to secure a home loan, other loan officers use terms that aren't explained and the process becomes confusing quickly (especially for a first time home buyer). Never once did I have an issue with understanding the process, not due to my own education, but because Tera did a fantastic job of explaining every variable. If you're looking at reviews to decide where to secure a loan, save the time, take my word for it, and go in and see Tera.

Johnson bank steals your money

I’m a customer there,I am Native American. Went there to cash a cashiers check good as cash. Was denied because they said I didn’t have enough in my account to cover it. Went to another bank n they cashed it.they told me to to the bank that issued it in Ashland! Go figure!! Also they give 69 cents per Canadian dollar when the nationwide average is 74 cents. Two old ladies there talked amongst themselves n denied me. Smh soon as my 90 days is up I want out.

This bank let's people steal from you and do not help you when someone has committed fraud against you they pass it on to someone else and don't want to deal with it and they also let overdraft fees pile up instead of stopping it as the first one hits I hate this bank of I didn't absolutely have to stay with this bank due to mortgage payments I would leave in a heart beat and will not ever recommend these thieves
