DONT WASTE YOURE TIME!! If I could give zero stars I would. I called to find out what I needed to bring with me in order to secure a loan. They told me a photo ID etc. So after driving for 45 minutes and the process took over an hour I was denied. They could've led with the fact that I needed 2 ID'S apparently so I wouldn't even have attempted to come there but they never did until the very end. Meanwhile the other lady that wasn't even helping me was asking intrusive questions about taxes and vending machine purchases on my bank statement like um ok. And then not even an apology like really? I'm not a dumb person but really don't like being treated as such. If you can just avoid this place I would. Oh and apparently a government issued ID as documentation such as a social security card or birth certificate isn't good enough for verification saying I am who I claim to be. With the commute and time spent there I wasted 3 hours of my day, thankyou for nothing!

Becky and Toni were great! Very welcoming and friendly right through the door!! They really helped when it was needed and was patient when technical difficulties came up! Thanks ladies, you all rock!

I did a title loan last year with them and had no issues had a great experience and on my very last payment due I wasn’t able to make it on time but could make it about a week Later they were fine with that I did have to pay a little extra but I knew that since it was late. All in all I like them very much.

Obviously, taking out a payday loan should be your absolute last resort, as the interest rates are disgusting, but indeed I had exhausted any other means to get cash so I decided to give The Cash Store a try. After filling out an online application, I spoke to a representative via telephone to make sure I had all the required documents. I did. I made the 40 minute drive, and once I got there began the lengthy process. About 40 minutes in, I gave them my debit card, which they called the collateral (which doesn't make sense since it is supposed to be an unsecured loan), and I was told that due to no fault of my own, that my card was not compatible with their system. This was a working debit card, connected to my checking account, which I was told over the phone would be sufficient since I did not have personal checks. It wasn't. Desperately in need of cash, I decided to go ahead (foolishly I know) and get a Title loan, since I happened to have my free and clear Car Title with me. After blowing over an hour of time now, they told me they could not give me a Title loan because the perfectly legal free and clear car title I gave them wasn't up to their standards. I had to drive back empty handed. The staff was generally nice and seemed somewhat competent, but overall this was not a good experience. The next day I went to the Check 'n Go which is less than a block away with the exact same documents, and I had no trouble.

Tom was excellent - as was the entire team!! Trustworthy and credible and extremely knowledgeable. These employees all went above and beyond and i left feeling like I had just made some long term friends. My hats off to the Manager and her great team. Try them out - tell them Jim sent ya!

Very friendly and helpful staff! When I first came in I wasn’t able to get verified so they only let me have 50. Bug a couple weeks later they called me in a got approved for a whole lot more. Easy to deal with terms and upfront pricing on everything. All in all a pretty great experience!

The employees themselves were great, and the whole process was seamless. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the webs page advertising. With my income it said I qualified for over $2000, and I was approved for MUCH less!! In their calculator, … More
