This company was very disappointing. I was preapproved and ready to go with my mortgage when they had me pay for the home appraisal which cost me $550. After paying this, it was one thing after another with them needing new information or they needed me to resend things that I had already sent more than once. There were many times that I had no idea what was going on and sent multiple emails and made many phone calls that all went unanswered. If they did answer the phone, every single time they would say the same thing, "let me call the underwriter's, give me a call back in 15 minutes." I would call back a dozen times and nobody would answer. Not only did they screw me out of $550("for the loan process") but they also made a charge for $175 that they never asked or told me about.

During our process every thing that could go wrong, hiccups, delays which felt like continuous it didn’t stop Jason from working our way through it and helping us every step of the way.
