My wife and I received excellent service when it was PCCU and had to get used to a few changes when it became ECU however there service has always been excellent. There was a few staff changes when ECU took over however they were just as polite and courteous as when it was PCCU. Have had home loan and car loans with them they were always helpful and either did what we asked or suggested what they would be able to do in that situation. Was at another local well known LARGE credit union who actually laughed at my wife and I when asked about a small loan. Fortunately that made us move to PCCU/ECU thank goodness or we likely would not been able to buy a house or car!

You'd be better off putting your money in a coffee can. My mother was with Parker credit union for over 40 yrs and educators has done nothing but screw her accounts up. Pain to get straightened out. Kept putting checks in wrong acct and blamed social security. Wasn't there fault! Plz plz plz go somewhere else! I tell everyone that!

The worst credit union in the area ever since being taken over by Educators. Once again I've received horrible customer service. I constantly get rerouted to other people, follow through is lacking, attention to customer concerns and feedback is poor. They do not hold themselves accountable for anything (wrong, right or otherwise). I'd never even open a car loan up with this company again even if they offerd me the lowest interest rate!

I've been banking with Educators Credit Union(previously Municipal Credit Union of Beloit) since I was 18 yrs old.

I’ve been at Educators (PCCU) for over 30 years. My only regret is that I didn’t leave when Educators took over for PCCU. They are the worst company I’ve ever associated myself with. The absolute worst.
And I’m not alone in my feelings on this. I cannot count the friends, family & acquaintances that have left there. People who had been there just as long as me — some much longer.
The last time I was physically in the building (not drive-through), there was an elderly man sobbing because of the way he was being treated by employees there. My young son was terrified, as were others that were there.
If you’re considering Educators for your banking needs, I cannot express how much you will regret it. Please go somewhere else; especially if you’re an older person.
If I had to describe the people running, as well as associated with this business in one word, it would be, evil.

When you call the number..thinking that you're getting someone in the local janesville location, you get someone from the main office in racine. That's annoying when you just want to talk to someone local about al local issue( when the coin machine is fixed so I can come in and use it.) Also my husband and I have had issues with them deducting someone else's debit purchases from our checking account. They fixed it right away when we called, but it shouldn't have happened in the 1st place. It was better when it was pccu
