Had to have money in a pinch and went to Loan Max on Milton Ave. Was a great experience. Most friendly people, very nice, made me feel comfortable. Very easy process, would recommend to all. Great customer service, 5 STAR.

To get my loan was easy but now did I pay off my loan they lost my title.... don't recommend this people... especially the manager at this store.

Everyone there is so nice, helpful & knowledgeable. If only they could lower the interest rates a little :)

Very friendly professional staff. They made the process very simple and explained everything so that we knew exactly what we were getting into. It took less than 45 minutes & we left with our loan. Crystal and Cristina treated me so well from the moment I walked in. They gave me so much information on why this company was different and ultimately better then there competition. And the information they gave me about the bank helped me greatly. I now have better service from this bank then I did with BMO.Im so glad I came in because if you need cash this is the best value
