I love how when I go in I always feel welcome. Plus they do amazing job at doing TAXES as well. I never knew they did them til I went to them last year. And they are way cheaper than other places highly recommended going to them

Stacy was my who the Finance agent who assist me with my loan today very polite very professional handle my loan without any complications I enjoyed the finance and the loans can I have gotten from you all over the years thank you very much for being so sharing to help the elderly without problem thank you and God bless you all

All the other women who work in this kenosha location are awesome nice caring and understanding. The store manager Katie she is horrible rude and inconsiderate. She talks at me as if I'm her child all because I'm delinquent and my doctor took me off work and I'm waiting on disability cause I'm considered disabled. The store manager does not care I think she don't like disabled people and have no empathy the way she down talks at me. I will suggest hopefully life situation don't happen to nobody while you have a loan out cause when you can't work do to a illness the store manager is rude and nasty about it.

The manager of this office is very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to this office. Grow up and learn how to talk with people.

I made my payment early, they made a mistake and now they're harassing me over 12$. You'd think since it was your fault, You'd maybe add it to next month's bill as an apology for the inconvenience?? Instead they plan to blow up my phone for a month. Lovely
