Tried to set up a joint account for me and my fiance end of October/ beginning of November and they told me the email and extension for Hallie who sets up accounts. I emailed her and called multiple times and it's now January and still haven't heard anything from them. Good job keeping customers away!!! I now reccomend people to try Collins state bank

PFCU is a great place to bank. Low or no fees for most accounts. We took out a how equity loan last year and had no closing costs. Nice, friendly people to deal with also. I like the three locations. Very Convenient.

My wife and I have been members over 20 years . The Kiel staff have always been professional, and informative. Any loan transactions were done with knowledgeable personnel who answered any questions we had and gave complete explanations of the procedure. It's nice to have a financial institution that has been here for so many years. Every time I go in to any branch, I am greeted by friendly faces, service is always fast, the tellers and loan staff are absolutely awesome! "would bank here again"
