Maybe you should answer your phone when people call to make a payment and if you're not open maybe you should change your website and say that you're closed because according to your website you're open at 10:00 on Saturday mornings until 2:00

Don't post that you're open until 6 if you don't want to help someone at 5:35. Seemed so happy I was missing a printed statement..was pretty happy to let me know she couldn't help.
