We had a great time. I enjoyed working with everyone we came into contact with. Lindsey Kim was amazing to work with. She was super friendly and helped us understand the process more. We also had a great time with London our loan processor. She was super kind and always answered our questions. Super good team! We are super excited to start our new chapter in our home!

When our original lender could not meet our close date target due to their inability to source an appraiser, we switched over to Homefinity. Matt Evans and his team immediately stepped in, worked with us to find a solution, and we were able to close within 30 days of the switch and meet our target date. The Homefinity team was great, provided excellent communication and superior customer service. I definitely recommend checking them out.

I’ll be honest in that I was a little nervous in going with an out of state lender but I’m glad I did. From start to finish, Matt Squires made the process so smooth and easy. Communication was great and Matt and Colin was so responsive. No issues or concerns whatsoever in closing on my home. The added bonus is that I got a much lower rate than local lenders. If you’re worried about working with an out of state lender…dont!!! Go with Matt and the Homefinity team!!! They’ll take care of you, especially if your going with a VA loan.

When our original lender told us the lowest he could go was 6.1%, we knew we needed to look elsewhere. That when we found Troy online. He quoted us a rate nearly 1% point lower. On top of that he was able to meet our aggressive 3 week timeline. Tremendous experience with Troy and his team. I would highly recommend.

Ryan, Jordan and Wendy all made the process very straightforward. Ryan clearly laid out what rates and costs were going to be. We had actually been working with another company who tried changing our rates and costs last minute so also had to close quickly. They helped us close in about 3 weeks with no surprises. The people are very nice and do mean the best. However, I have had nothing but nightmare after nightmare with my home owner insurance with them. No one can ever seem to figure it out. I end up being my own escrow most of the time cause no one can ever get it right.
