I really like this place. Banking with them is easy & not confusing. They're very professional. Quick, and to the point. They answer calls really well, and in a wonderful timely fashion. The online banking app is super useful and easy to navigate. I plan to stick with this bank for as long as possible. *Please note, though, they do charge a $3 fee for your bank statements to be mailed to you. So if you don't want the extra charge, sign up for e-statements online.* I definitely recommend this bank to anyone who wants to bank with ease.

I have worked with many banks over the years and Ladysmith Federal is by far the best. Great customer service and way less unnecessary hoops to jump through when trying to conduct your business.

Best bank ever. Don't have to deal with loan people and customer service in Madison or Minneapolis. Everything is done right here in Ladysmith.

Most times the service is fine, but teller number 7 consistently messes up depositing my money.

Been with the bank for my entire life. Been having more issues in one month than 16 years with them. They're zero help to resolve issues on their own end, their fraud department is outsourced overseas to people who barely understand and speak English. So many regular purchases are being tagged as fraud, locking my card, bank and fraud department say the card is unlocked but still unable to use it anywhere because it's STILL LOCKED. MULTIPLE TIMES IN ONE MONTH. AVOID.
