Mr. Darby was very helpful to address my concerns. This was the best positive experience I’ve had with RIA. However, I am still disappointed in the range of services RIA provides for people who live outside the service range (i.e. Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin).

So excited to find a great credit union in my new community! New car loan with RIA and if I buy a home, I plan to use them too. Excellent customer service, which is hard to find

They are nice and easy to work with. I have 4 loads with R.I.A and have had no problems. I will Continue to do business with them and someday hope to take my company's business to them as well.
