BMO Harris Bank, Lancaster, WI

I'm not a BMO customer and after they charged a $5 ATM fee I definitely will never be.

Went there to cash my check. A banker from the office understood the agreement between the bank and the corporation but didn't do enough transactions so was going to have the teller do it. She refused to honor the agreement. Wasted 30 miles and the woman was snotty. Will be driving 60 miles round trip to never have to deal with Lancaster branch again.

We have always received warm and friendly service at BMO Harris Bank in Lancaster, WI.

I have always had great customer service with this branch. They have always been able to answer my questions and help in anyway they could.

Their service was very friendly and considerate, and the environment was also very good！

Loved this Lancaster Wisconsin location. They have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff I have ever had the pleasure of banking with.

I OPENED AN BMO HARRIS ACCOUNT, I GOT LOCKED OUT MY ACCOUNT A FEW DAYS LATER I CALLED THEM, SOMEONE WHO DIDNT SPEAK ANY GOOD ENGLISH STARTED ASKING ME QUESTIONS THAT I LITERALLY COULDNT UNDERSTAND IF I EVEN HAD SUBTITLES RECORDING NEXT THING I KNOW SOME INCOMPETENCE WOMAN GOT ON THE PHONE TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS A FREEZE ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO ANSWER VERIFICATION QUESTIONS 😡😡😡😡. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM BMO HARRIS BANK/BMO
