Laona State Bank, Laona, WI

I have been banking with Laona Bank for 15 years. NEVER had a problem with anybody there. Everyone has always been polite and professional. I would send anyone there. Our main experience has been with the crandon office. VERY POLITE AND HONEST!

I would give 0 stars if I could, I recently inquired about opening an account since I started working in the area. I was told very rudely that I couldn’t just open an account to cash my checks “ I have to actually use my checking” why wouldn’t I use my checking account?? That’s why I was there to get help and information. My husband banks here and I think we will go to Covantage. I hope they don’t treat all of their customers this way.
