I had talked to Karen about resending my Lien release form, not only did she get extremely rude and hang up on us, she never sent it! It was supposed to take a week to come in the mail and it’s been over a month and nothing. I had to call back and talk to someone else to get the form. After a year of having my car fully paid off, I finally got the title. I would truly never do business here again.

I’ve had my loan through WCC(van horn) for a little over a year now. They have been nothing but helpful to me as I’ve had rough patches financially. I work with Amanda and she is spectacular! So nice and very understanding that people hit bad times and willing to always work with you as long as you communicate with her when you need help. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I love them and I love the car they sold me

If I could rate them a zero I would, phone is off the hook, I can never get a simple answer always getting transferred, everyone who I call has attitude which makes everything worse. So yeah highly Don’t recommend. Heather and Caitlin are a pain to deal with it.

People at WCC, ie Amanda, have been more than helpful with any questions or concerns I've had. I would recommend WCC to anyone looking to finance a vehicle.
