A long time ago, this Credit Union gave me a chance to set things straight and that was two houses and three cars ago and they always had my back. I had a physical problem that took me out of the work scene for several months and this Credit Union worked with me so that I didn't fall behind and avoided foreclosure. When I went back to work after I was cleared, we just picked up where we left off. This is more than a Credit Union. Everyone is like friends and family here.

Great service! Always friendly and helpful when I call. And I love that they are part of the shared branching coop. I often go to Milwaukee to visit family and can go to almost any credit union's ATM and take money out fee free.

I've been with Madison Credit Union for over 2yrs. Now that we are restricted to the Drive through service only. I find it much easier to do all my Transactions at one time. The Staff is always available and very helpful with respect. I also appreciate, I can go to any Bank Shared with Madison Credit Union, especially when you're not in the East Wash Ave Area. You can do withdrawal or deposit at another Shared Locations that is so convenient.
