WATCH OUT! If you check out loan rates through a paid partner site they do not divulge the type (secured or unsecured) loan you “pre-qualify” for. If you don’t care for the terms they offer (your car as collateral) then you’re stuck with a hard credit inquiry for absolutely no reason. Seems highly unethical to me. I don’t want to do business with an unethical company so I’ll take my hit and shop elsewhere. Ideally somewhere a little more transparent and a little less predatory.

I worked with Joyce, and I found her to be friendly, professional and funny! Just a pleasure to work with. While I would’ve preferred a lower interest rate on my loan, I get it and appreciate all that was done for me! Thank you!!!

We had two loans with this company when it was called Springleaf. Each time we used our 2015 Toyota van to secure the loan. Both loans were paid back without missing a payment and one was paid off early. I have a medical problem which has trashed out credit over the last ten years. we live on my disability pay. So we want to move to an assisted living place so we called Springleaf to arrange another loan. The person answering the phone said our credit was to poor for them to offer us a loan then hangup on my wife. She called back to talk to the manager and he to said they could not help us even though we had the to loans with them in the past. Poor customer service. Maybe thats why they change their name every couple of years

i called the eastside office and spoke with shane about my loan . if i could refinance my truck add $1000 and lower my payments this was at 10am he asked me a couple of questions and said he would call me back.two hours later he called me and asked when do i want to pick up the money and he lowerd my payments not by a 100.00 dollars but by 122.00 a month . a big thank you Shane nice work

The representatives were very professional, respectful and kind. It was nice to find people that still treat you like a person and not just a number. You did a very good job OMF.
