They only do services they choose to. They simply flat out refuse to do any DMV services, titles or registration, even though they advertise it. You can call anytime and they will always tell you the "system is down." I have tried about 10 times over the years that I have lived in the area and they always say the same thing, because they don't want to deal with the "hassle" of using the DMV computer. There was another PLS in town that uses the same system and they never had a single issue over the years of using them, unfortunately that store is gone now and leaves only this dump with the extremely lazy employees. You're also pretty likely to get robbed in the ghetto neighborhood this store resides near, so beware.

Kanisha was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. Very friendly and even gave me a referral for a workers comp attorney. She shared her experience and had great advice. Will definitely use this location again in the future! You guys have an excellent employee in her at this store!

I was there on Sept 5th and was so impressed by the professionalism of the manager. As I was leaving I realized I didn't get the correct change. The manager listened well and then took the many steps to check the system to verify. She was so polite as she came to the window with my change and apologized. Her attitude and work are quite professional.

I went up there about a month ago. I was getting my routing and account number to register for direct deposit as well as to load my card. I approached the window of a teller - a Hispanic female. This is fine. I am NOT one of those English only people. That is not my issue. My issue is as follows: The woman inside started shouting at me that the teller was only there for Spanish speakers and Spanish was the only language that she knew. I shouted back that I didn't know. I then addressed her about getting my account and routing information. I then indicated I wanted to load my card. She got hot with me for having multiple issues. I told her everything she was saying was going to social media. Look, Net Spend on the west side may have changed companies (Quick Cash - I think) but anyway if they still do the same services as PLS I would recommend them as an alternative. B.T.W. A 4.8 rating suggests fake review tampering.
