I am truly amazed by these two women. Not only did they make this experience easy and comfortable. They informed me every step of the way, and made sure that I was knowledgeable of all my options. They we're both very kind and a joy to talk with. They offered my daughter and I refreshments as well as a snack. And I just have to mention this...
