I have been going to United One Credit Union since I was a kid, and plan on sticking with them. Throughout the years they have been so helpful and understanding. Recently I needed a loan fast and Josh Qualman was there able to help me every step of the way and made the experience smooth and easy.

I’ve been with this bank over 7 years with a savings and they denied me a checking account because of my credit. Can’t believe I waisted so much time keeping my savings with them.

Applied for a loan and at first it was denied however after further review by upper management they went out of there way to work with me and approve the loan. I would recommend to any one looking to take out a loan

Updated review: Firstly, I've been with them for about 25 years and have a ton of business loans, mortages and car loans with them. Until the last 3 years I had a great experience but they just seem to be going down hill. -low savings rates unless you jump through a ton of hoops. -average rates on loans at best -Dumb fees on everything -Virtual only teller stuff is terrible -Lines are always long...and it's super annoying. -underwriting department needs improvement Keeps getting worse everytime i come here.... longer lines less service
