The hours are inconvenient for me, but the people are nice and helpful.

Terrible experience. I only had my account for two weeks and I’m going to be closing my account. Cathy decided to yell at me and tell me to stop interrupting her, told me on several occasions to be quiet all because I did not understand something on my account. I spoke to the female manager and nor one time did she apologize to me for the disrespect I just endured. I did go in today and spoke to the president(Rob Schultz), he did not apologize for the disrespect either and instead tried only talking about the misunderstanding I had on my account. I ended up pulling 25k out and when my other charges go through I will pull the remainder out and CLOSE my account for good. Do NOT go to this bank. I will not keep my money in a bank that has ZERO respect for me.

We've been getting our auto loans here for years and they are extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend for your lending needs!
