This is a great financial institution to work with for mortgage loans. Renee was able to offer us different options for our house renovation project and found the perfect product for us. She was very professional and studied the case to make sure that it was aligned to our needs and budget. Me and my wife were very pleased with her professionalism and service. Fully recommended.

Of 3 Financial Institutions in the area, this is the only one that charged me $2 service fee to withdraw my own money. The local bank and another credit union performed the same service with no fee. Usually Credit Unions were better at performing these types of services for their members, but apparently this one is more interested in fees.

We are very pleased working with Hannah Heiman for our first mortgage. The process was a super smooth & easy one having her to help guide us every step of the way. She kept us updated, very knowledgeable and answered any question we had with awesome communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage officer! Would HIGHLY recommend her.
