BMO Harris Bank, Mauston, WI

I've had a car loan for these people for 5 years now, and every year there's a problem. I've had enough I'm refinancing out and never coming back. Sick and tired of them bouncing my payment back for no reason just to add on a late fee and then when I try to get a hold of customer service I asked for a temporary telephone number I was never given and I can't get any further. Worst bank experience of my life.

Bank is not even open at the hours they say. I was there yesterday at 4.30 pm and the bank was locked. They say open till 5 pm and ATM till 4 pm. But the ATM was open. Strange. Looks like their web is wrong

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve brought checks in and they place them on 9 business day holds. So your funds are not available for over two weeks. I deposited cash and they put a 9 day hold on it. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Bank anywhere else.
