National Exchange Bank & Trust - Mayville, Mayville, WI

I really like this branch and National Exchange in general. It is clean. It's fast. The ladies in Mayville are always friendly and smiling.

I’ve been banking with this location for many years, I have a savings account and checking account, I recently just closed my checking account with this bank due to lack of communication , this location was very nice and employees are nice and kind workers but the last couple of months it’s been ok not the greatest, they got some new employees that don’t know what they are doing especially the manager she’s very rude, the other new employees are literally needs to be re- trained cause this location is just absolutely horrible customer service, the only way I communicate is when (ABBY) is there otherwise I won’t go there, I will most likely be transferring banks soon , I’ve been a great customer since 2008, never had any problems up until a few months ago.
