Prevail Bank, Medford, WI

This goes for all Prevail Banks. I swear no one is trained. I went to change my name on my card, sat in the bank for 20 minutes, got back home to Arizona and was told that I filled out the wrong form. Filled out the “right” form, sent it back, heard nothing for over 2 months, was then sent ANOTHER “right” form to fill out, but had then decided to close my account. Found out I need to fill out that name change form to cancel my account after talking to someone on the phone. Took a few days before they called and told me they got my name change form, but apparently they now needed a WRITTEN NOTE in order to close my account. This, on top of not being able to sign into my account some days and getting charged a $30 overdraft fee after going negative for less than a day, is why I would never recommend Prevail to anyone. Time Federal was much more put together.

New Vision Wilderness used the Community Room in Medford. The space is large, clean, bright, and perfect for conferences. The technology is up to date and we were able to bring our own food. Will most definitely use again.
